Following his son’s graduation, they officially registered their company as SANVITHRAA GROUP, marking a new chapter in their family business. Together, they have successfully navigated the industry with qualified engineering teams. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to quality, ensuring that every project reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability.

Santhosh, Managing Director of SANVITHRAA GROUP, is a B.Tech graduate from SRM University, Chennai, with over 10 years of experience in the construction and real estate sectors. Working alongside his father, who brings 35 years of expertise to the industry, Santhosh has introduced a modern and professional approach to construction, with a strong focus on precision and quality. Under the brand “SANVITHRAA INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS,” he leads a team of skilled engineers dedicated to delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects, as well as efficient project management solutions.
